The Lancet Countdown will participate in a Collaborative on Health and the Environment (CHE) Partnership call titled: Climate Change and Health: Scaling-up Solution-oriented Efforts.

On this call, Dr. Nick Watts presented on the Lancet Commission and how lessons from one situation can be usefully translated to another situation; how case studies can be used to engage policymakers; and how case studies can be used in bottom-up approaches to scale-up changes from the local to national and national to global level.

Then Ms. Rita Cerutti presented on the Breathe Life 2030 initiative's aims, collaborators and scope of work. Finally, Ms. Vijoleta Gordeljevic from the Health and Environment Alliance provided additional commentary on the impacts of climate change to human health.
