Dr Aditi Dutta is a Research Fellow with the Lancet Countdown at the University of Birmingham, working within Working Group 5 on public and political engagement with health and climate change. She contributes to computational research using computational social science methods, applying machine learning and natural language processing to develop global indicators and analyse complex datasets, and supporting data integration, processing, and visualisation using Python and R. She holds a PhD in Politics from the University of Exeter, where she studied online political discourse using computational social science methods, and an MSc in Data Science from the University of Southampton.
