Luciana Blanco is a biologist with a Master’s degree in Epidemiology from the Peruana Cayetano Heredia University in Peru, is currently a PhD Candidate focusing on the impact of air quality on chronic diseases. In her current position as Communications Coordinator for Lancet Countdown Latin America, Luciana is committed to effectively disseminating scientific information related to climate change and health. She is also a researcher in the Centro Latinoamericano de Excelencia en Cambio Climático y Salud, part of the Peruana Cayetano Heredia University.
