Fernanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Collective Communication Sciences with an emphasis in Journalism and a licentiate in Strategic Communication from the University of Costa Rica. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Multilevel Governance at the University of Padua, Italy. Her academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of communication, politics, and human rights in Latin America.
