Sanmei Wen is a Ph.D. candidate in Journalism and Communication at Tsinghua University, Beijing. Her research interests focus on health communication and international communication. She is the academic secretary of Tsinghua University International Communication Research Center and Pakistan Center for Culture and Communication Studies. She has participated in the research of major programme supported by the National Social Science Foundation and more than 20 projects on health communication, health education commissioned by the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China, the State Administration for Market Regulation, the National Medical Products Administration and the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
