Wendy Geza is the Policy Manager for the Lancet Countdown Africa, and a Research Fellow at the University of KwaZulu-Natal’s Centre for Transformative Agricultural and Food Systems in South Africa. Her research focuses on youth vulnerability, resilience and inclusion in transforming water, food, environment and health systems under climate change. She uses a public policy analysis lens to co-develop policy solutions. Through her work, she aims to contribute to transdisciplinary research and development that supports capacity building, inclusion, and equity in the water, food, environment and health systems in Africa.
